Perception Still Beats Reality
Consistent marketing messages can only tell so much of our story. Consider all of our external advertising, marketing and public relations as the jacket cover of our book. The inside pages and real detail can only be known once a person has contact with our brand. It is essential that we emulate consistency when we answer the phone, send out mail correspondence or enroll students. We never want our story, no matter who's telling it, to have a bad ending.
