Orlando Pools is a young custom swimming pool company that needed a premium brochure which would effectively position it among the market’s longer-established luxury pool contractors. The brochure had to convey to potential clients a strong sense of the company’s technical proficiency, excellent workmanship, design artistry and highly personalized service.
Work
Because EVOK Advertising also was involved with Orlando Pools’ logo, corporate identity and website design, the brochure was designed in keeping with the clean, upscale graphical look we had already initiated for the client. Our overall strategy of creating a high-impact look for Orlando Pools continued through the brochure at every level. Each aspect – design, photography, copy and print specifications – provides the luxury market profile the client desired.
The full-color, specialty-size brochure features spot varnishes, die cuts, and metallic inks. Also included are eye-catching half-pages with sepia toned pool photographs that are overlapped with client testimonials. The professional photography presents Orlando Pools’ completed projects at their most elegant in both daytime and evening shots. Copy is written in a tone befitting a luxury lifestyle/shelter magazine to reinforce appeal to the target market the client wants to reach.
Results
The resulting collateral piece achieves the image of exclusivity required to brand Orlando Pools as a major player in Central Florida’s extremely competitive luxury pool market.
